Congratulations PGCMLS Participants!

Congratulations to the 25 participants who completed the 23 Things program on time!

The official time frame for the statewide Maryland Libraries Learning 23 Things Program is over, and the numbers were submitted on November 30, 2007, but the blogs and all the sites are still up.

For those who started late, please continue with the program and send in your Tracking Logs (upon completion) to claim the 1.8 CEUs and a prize!

Some participants have asked if pro-rated CEUs are available for non-completers, and if full CEUs will still be given to those who complete late. The answer to both those questions is yes. Participants who have completed half (12 Things or more) of the program assignments, should send in their Tracking Logs - to receive 0.9 CEUs. And those who wish, can still complete the program (between now and end of February) to claim the full 1.8 CEUs.

Angry Librarians

This fun video is a good customer service lesson. I couldn't help but laugh, laugh, and laugh

Thank you PGCMLS Participants!

Thank you for participating in the Maryland Libraries Learning 2.0 - 23 Things program. I don't know about you, but for me, this was a fun way to learn about the new technologies out there. Yes, we had our days - especially trying to keep up with all the different usernames and passwords. But, here we are, DONE (or almost done).

I encourage those participants who have not completed to please try and complete the program by Wednesday, November 28, 2007 – so I can be able to include you in the state-wide statistics due on November 30, 2007. Also, remember to send in your Tracking Form in order to claim your Prize (Flash Disk) and the 1.8 CEUs!

Ms. Nini Beegan (Maryland Online Learning Coordinator) promises to keep the Maryland Libraries Learning 2.0 - 23 Things program site up! That means our blogs will still be accessible, and we can continue to contribute, visit, and post to each others’ blogs.

Again, thank you for participating!

Our Participant Blog List
In addition to this list, don't forget to check out the blogs from other libraries statewide. You have the opportunity to work with lots of other library people across Maryland.
